30 Dorados at centre of the Tarantula Nebula

Hi all,

here's an image I did recently of the core of the Tarantula Nebula. The image isn't perfect, some guiding error, bit noisy, etc, but it does show the stars and their colors at the core of the tarantula.

It's 6 x 4 minutes exposures @ ISO-200 with the modified Canon 300D on the 12-inch f/5 GSO telescope - handguided with 4.5" guidescope. Images are dark-subtracted, flat fielded, offset adjusted with IRIS. Image is masked
to preserve the stars at the core, in PS. Used a little Noiseware CE.

Higher Res. Image here

regards
Paul

Nicely done Paul. I did one last night too with different set exposures so can do layer mask later in photoshop.
