Transit of Venus from Sydney as affected by cloud

The original is a bit big for IIS. The full image and its subframes should be here. Clouds blocked everything after 12:30

Andrew, you have done brilliantly..may be I did not have to have done a 600 km return road trip to view the transit, seeing I am just down the road from you

Deeno, it was easier editing (GIMP) and combining (convert) than it was running in and out to put a drop sheet over the rig every time it started raining. Meridian flip time at about 12:30 coincided with the clouds winning the battle.

Narayan, I was tempted on Tuesday to take JohnG up on his offer at Cootamundra (only 4.5 hours each way), then I started feeling crook, so took my chances staying home, and luck was with me.
