Tiangong-1 and Shenzhou-9 over Brisbane, 20 June 2012

Hi all,

We had a nice bright (mag 0.2) pass of the docked Shenzhou-9 and Tiangong-1 spacecraft over Brisbane at 5:40 this morning. Here they are passing Achernar. For those who haven't been following this mission, it is China's first manned docking mission - quite a significant event in the history of space exploration.

Thanks for looking!

Cheers,
Stephen
