NGC 6164. What is that funnel?

NGC 6164 with lots of Ha. Could somebody help me to find out what the figure that is below the big star and looks line a funnel is?

Taken with a RCX400 14 @F8
RGB: 90:90:90 10 min subs, Ha:180 15 min subs.

Hi Enrique, after looking at other larger images on Google ,
One seen here.

You will see that it is possibly just the direction we are looking at the material in the nebula,
If you look you will see other bow wave looking features within the nebula.
Very nice image by the way
