heq5 or eq6?

I would ultimately like to put my 10" Bintel reflector OTA on an eq mount for AP purposes.
It is currently mounted on a dob mount which makes planetary/Dso imagary impossible.
The OTA weighs 16kg from factory specs.
I assume I would be best buying an eq6 for this payload.
Would I get away with a heq5pro with goto?
Any ideas what is an average ball park for a second hand heq5 goto and eq6?
I don't see them come up all that frequently.
Only reason I ask is because there is a local heq5 pro with goto on offer.

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Ryan.

Yeah HEQ5 is 13.5 or 14kg depending on where you look.

Also remember to factor in weight allowance for your imaging equipment and any other bits and pieces you will be using, ie guide scope and what not

Thanks very much for your comments.
I knew I'd get an informed reply from here.
Now to save/source an eq6...

On this forum
Heq5 secondhand $950
EQ6 $1300

Lol your best buying new for what people ask on these forums for used mount. Really whats an extra $200 to have warranty and your got a fresh mount that hasn't being abused and isn't a dud thats just being passed on. Andrews still have the previous revision of the eq6 for $1499 with syncscan so there's no way i would pay more then $1200 for a eq6 unless it was of the new revision or it was modded.

LOL yep.
Occasionally an EQ6 surfaces for ~$800-1000
They get snapped up pretty quick.
