Chelsea Flower Show

An unusual thread for an astronomy forum.

At present we are on the other side of the world specifically to go to the Chelsea Flower Show. This we attended yesterday. Oh what a wonderful show. Not too bad in the morning but terribly crowded in the afternoon. Took 180 photos and got a video. Absolutely wore ourselves out and slept for nearly 16 hours when we got back to the unit.

That part of the trip done I might be able to see what the sky looks like upside down although the night only lasts from 10:00PM to 4:00AM with a very long twilight and dawn and London skyglow.

We will spend the next two weeks doing anything that crops up. Probably a day trip to Paris. We are staying in London for the whole period at the "Family owned" appartment in Chelsea. A luxury one bedroom serviced unit in Nell Gwynn House so accommdation costs are not counted. ($2000 per week I think)
