NGC3532 Wishing Well Cluster

I've seen a few images of this cluster with faint wisps of nebulosity. Thought I'd try to bring that out some more. I actually had a go at this some weeks ago, but wasn't til I processed it that I realised the neighbour's lights had come on and ruined the blue subs. I've also sorted out my flat field since then too, so tonight was a complete do-over.

Top shot Troy. Lovely star colors and the background nebs in the field makes it really cool.

Terrific image. Nice wide field, crisp stars and great colours. I wouldn't have thought to use Ha in this area but it's brought out the nebulosity well. What was the scope & camera?

Thanks everyone. Quite happy with it. Still learning things every time I set up and process, but getting there I think.

Optics are TMB92SS with Orion Flattener, and the camera is QSI583ws.

Very nice Troy, I have also almost completed a similir image I took of the same area, an amazing bit of sky too close to other gems so often overlooked. Great color balance and lovely framing

Great shot Troy, I like the way the neb looks like it is behind the cluster, makes the cluster look like it is hovering

Thanks again for the encouragement, guys. Glad to see I'm on the right track. And not alone in the little things I like about this target.

I had a look at this through the eyepiece a couple of weeks ago and it looked amazing with so many stars with good colour as in your image, great to pick up that nebula too.

John.

Nice looking view. I like that one part has some very bright nebulosity another another area to the left is more diffuse and muted. The whispy section makes for an interesting center piece and points the way toward the cluster.
