Gosford Waterfront Marina Sunset

These are the final set of images from my 'first light' with the Canon 5D Mark II, taken at Gosford Waterfront on the 13th March 2012.

The sky was a photographers dream and it was great to be out there with the new camera to capture it.

I was fortunate with the timing as I was ducking in and out from watching Eliza in her Guide Swimming Carnival.

H won't like the person in #1, but I like the lone fisherman beneath the beacons of Venus and Jupiter.

#2 is a 3:1 pano.

Nice set Mike. LOL - I'm like Humayun on this, so I'm not keen on people ruining otherwise great shots either. LOL

Got to love the colours coming off the water - especially in the fifth image. Fantastic light.

Thanks guys

It's been very frustrating coming home on the train the last few weeks, crossing the hawkesbury right around magic hour with the sky lighting up sometimes in both directions (east and west), and me being stuck on the train without a camera.

Lovely set of pics. Beautiful soft colour.
The spot light in the distance of the pano is distracting.
The fisherman is cool!

Thanks Deeno.

That spotlight is annoying, I agree. They got even brighter later

What strikes me the most is how clean your images are Mike. Good work mate.
