Ngc 6025

Another Southern sky open cluster

this was taken with clear nose piece on the QHY 8 instead of IR cut filter, clearly makes a difference more difficult to get the colour balance right

Am I over saturating stars with 10 minute exposures or should I be taking shorter but more

I think the later myself based on my results when looking at the raw stacked image imported into PS I really have to push the levels curves and colour saturation to bring out detail but please enlighten me

Good one Trevor, very smooth result ! Sounds like these QHY cameras need some special addaptive skills ?
