Titan 19th April

Wasn't the best night for this but I got bored after shooting Saturn Hard work actually. About 3 hours of mucking about, mainly due to the seeing & the faintness in general. I used the camera to maximum effect but I could tell there was going to be some work involved. I could see it ok on the livefeed but as predicted, I couldn't spot it in the AVI after the fact. Took it into VirtualDub & enhanced the AVI with a brightness/contrast filter making it bright enough for a stacking program to align on but AS!2 failed miserably; Registax6 had no problem.

Significant filtering/enhancement went on after the stack in Astraimage 2.5MAX/Paint.net. 2500 stacked.

C11/DBK618

Original image after stacking & some enhancements done in Registax6 & a couple of resizes & enhancements done in Astraimage.

EDIT: I'm sure the other planet imaging guys would know the so called 'disk size' shown here is not necessarily true - With the dramatic alterations of brightness levels to cut down on the surrounding fuzz, the actual limb (If possible to see) becomes indistinguishable..
