The power of processing.

The other night while I was waiting for NGC 6188 to rise over the house I snapped a quick M83. After looking at the luminance data and seeing that the guiding wasnt working well I decided on not bothering with the image. This ment that I didnt take any flats for the luminance filter because I used HA luminance for 6188.

Today I decided on trying to get something out of the data regardless of the bad guiding. I figured more practise processing is never a bad thing.

Attached is the image after processing, and the luminance frame stacked and stretched to show the vignetting and dust marks.
