Exciting view on 'Live' Video

Last night during my Video Broadcast on Night Skies network it was very frustrating trying to see objects through the Bushfire Smoke!
They have been burning off for a few days and the whole sky is brown

Anyway, not to be beaten by this inconvenience I still put on my Southern Skies 'live' show.
All objects had a red colour, and the stars glowed a bright red, thanks to the smoke. I compensated as much as possible by changing the Hues, reducing saturation etc.
But no matter how bad they looked, the Northern Hemisphere viewers were still thoroughly excited to see our objects (Tarantula, Omega Centauri, Centaurus 'A', and all the usual Southern goodies).

I apologised several times for the bad views but they kept thanking me for the great views

Anyway, after doing the usuals, I showed the main Galaxies in Markarians Chain in Virgo.
Realising how well they showed up, despite the smoke, I thought I would really push my luck and try Abell 1367 - The Leo Galaxy Cluster.

All the galaxies showed up and even many that aren't catalogued.

Here we were, looking at one of the nicest Abell Galaxy Cluster in the whole sky 'LIVE'

Here is a screen shot of the 'Live' feed we were watching. Check out all the Galaxies!!!
Oh, and one of the Eagle Neb just to add some colour to this post

Considering the smoke and conditions Ken, I reckon it was a fine effort indeed, well done mate,

Leon

Thanks Leon.

Surprising what shows up 'live' using a highly sensitive AstroVideo camera compared to long hours of CCD/DSLR imaging and stacking.

To see stuff like this instantly is a real buzz
