CCD Collimation

Previously to tonight I had been collimating my scope with my cats eye tools and leaving it at that, Paul Haese suggested that I try to do a precise collimation with the camera on the scope after the cats eye collimation.

After fumbling around for around 20 minutes I thought I would take a test image so I slewed to Omega Cent, and took this.

It is 3 minutes of RGB binned 1x1, no flats were taken so nothing special. I think the coma in the corners is a little better though so a few more nights perfecting this method and I should have nice stars.
