A beach conjunction April 4th

Lugged tripod, and box of gear down the beach for a few images. Much cooler and virtually no mozzies. A beautiful evening and torch not even required with the Moon lighting up the sand and sea.

Venus at the upper edge of M45 now, and still looking mighty fine.

Canon 450d on tripod, couple of lenses -mainly 30mm Canon, and 300mm Canon.

I must say, that second one is a keeper. Very pretty indeed. Lucky you to have some scenery.

Yep, I agree about the second one! very nice. When you say the 30mm Canon, do you mean the 35mm f/2 Liz? I took a few with this lens, which I about to post!

Cheers,
Stephen

oops, yes Stephen, the 35mm Canon.

Thank you jjj and Stephen for the comments - I took a heap of images down the beach, and they all started to look the same, so glad no 2 stands out.

Ahh Liz, as usual, your photos are dripping with the languid atmosphere of an ocean side setting, a lovely set indeed.

Thanks

#2 is a stunning capture-really well done!,the tide line and how beach curves of into distance, add so much.

How you finding the 35 mm Canon?,do you use it regularly for general use as well? Being thinking about this lens, likely to be my next lens purchase.

cheers Chris

Many thanks Chris, and yes, and its a little beauty, like the nifty 50, and not that expensive compared to other lenses.
