Quick and dirty M63

I got this one from Arizona yesterday. Unfortunately I misread the script (aging eyes I guess) and didn't get as much data as I thought I was getting so maybe I'll try again tonight if I can get any time on the scope. Even so it's a surprisingly bright galaxy and still shows up pretty well.

Oooh look at that. Beautiful. AND you got the extended halo. You don't see that very often.

I'd keep that in mind when imaging and processing this beauty that it has an extended halo. Ken Crawford's image of it shows the extent of it.

Again another nice image Steve with a few deeper members in there. Very interesting to look at. I agree with Louie, "more colour please"
