Where is the sent item

When we check private messages there is option of send item, but it does not show anything?

When we send PM, there is not confirmation whether it is successfully or not?

There is an option to save a sent message, you need to click on "Go Advanced", then scroll down to "Additional Options", tick the box "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder."

You can also request a read receipt, but the receiver doesn't have to acknowledge it.
