External Exception e06d7363- Registax

Hello,
trying to process my latest solar images from yesterday and after I load my images into Registax V6 and click "set allignpoints" I get an "External Exception E06D7363" message pop up. It has been a couple of months since I used this program but I am not doing anything different to before when it was all working fine. The images are exactly the same size. I updated to the latest update of registax the first time the message came up but it is still doing it.
Is there a similar free program to Registax that does the same thing that I can try???
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Greg,

Try AVIStack, I have never tried solar but it works well on planetary and moon shots.

There is also AutoStakkert but that requires a bit of preparation mostly getting the right video format.
Personally I use Autostakkert now as I want to go into 3 colour processing in the future.

I get a few hits on Linksys drivers causing External Exception E06D7363:

Do you now or did you ever install a Linksys Wireless Adapter? if so, go to Start/Run and type appwiz.cpl and uninstall the Linksys software. Unplug the Linksys USB Adapter and restart. If you need to use the adapter still, download just the driver for the adapter and not the software.

but there others with no obvious reason or solution.
