Moon via Pentax K-r Video Mode

After setting up for some planetary last night and being thwarted by clouds again, I setup the Pentax K-r just on a whim to test its video function.

Through a sucker-hole I grabbed 40 seconds of video on the DSLR and did a quick and dirty stack.

Not sure why I did it, probably just because I wanted to at least grab an image of *something* for a change.
I'll upload a photo taken at the same time a bit later when I find it.

I also tried a 500mm lens and the astrotrace function, but couldn't get it not to star-trail at that focal length, it was using the Pentax GPS tracer function, on a stationary tripod (i.e. Camera remains completely motionless), it is an 8 second single frame capture @ 1600 ISO
