OPT in the states

I just wanted to mention a great bit of service again I have experienced from this retailer in the states.

I normaly deal with Rayna and sometimes Ben from OPT and have found them to be terrific.

This post is not to bash local retailer it's just give a well respected retailer a wrap with some great sevice.

I was given some incorrect information from OPT that was also provided to them incorrectly and this info ended up damaging the product....
OPT are sending me a replacement even before I return the now faulty product....this is no cheap item...in the thousands actualy.

So thanks to OPT they have made a very frustrated purchase into a major plus...well done guys and I look forward to continue purchasing products in the future.

I highly recommend these guys if your thinking about purchasing oversea.

I'll second that Tony. OPT and in particular Rayna have always give me 110% service. I'll always give OPT a look in when deciding to buy items. It's usually cartage that will turn me away for big items.

I too have gotten good service from OPT on the rare occassion that I have used them...they have made a mistake or two along the way and have always made good in one way or another...

Got to agree, always get great service from them, if they haven't got something in stock they contact you straight away.
