My Observatory has been SOLD!

After months of being on the market, my observatory has now been sold. I did have to drop the price quite a bit, but in the end it is good to see it goto a good new home.

I hope the new owner enjoys it to it'sfull potential.

A little sad to see it go, but, its all for the best in the end.

How come you were getting rid of it Andrew?

Was it sold to a local? A forum member?

Will you be building a new one?

I wanted to move the dome but my wife didnt want me to, so..... Not being able to use it where it was, I had no choice, it was either have it sitting there in a position where it wasn't being put to good use or sell it to someone who can put it to good use. I think the person who bought it would put it to great use, he does imaging with an LX-90 and prefers domes over open roof designs.

The buyer is NOT a forum member but is a memebr of the Astronomical Society of South Australia.

Build a new one? I don't think so.
