Meteor over Perth?

Was driving home from work last night, spotted low in the sky heading towards probably south west, very fast moving and really bright with bright green trail and white head , thoughnit was so fast it could have been the other way around! This was at 0104 am, pretty amazing I've never seen anything like it before
Anyone else see it or know what it was?

Sounds like a meteor. They are common

If it had green colour to it means it's possible that it had some copper in it.

orange/yellow (sodium); yellow (iron); blue/green (copper); purple (potassium); and red (silicate)

The best one ever video captured is known as the Peekskill meteor. Here is a site devoted to all 16 video's of it.
