Thors helmet from latitude +47°

Hi folks!

Is it possible to capture the deep in the south locatet NGC 2359? From my home it is only 30° above horizon.
Yesterday we had very clear conditions. So I started an attempt to get THORS HELMET from my balcony. I admire always the great pictures of this object I can see here in this forum. So I wanted to do an attempt!

Ha 16x900s with TL APO 80/480 and Moravain G2-8300FW. processing wiht Theli, PixInsight and PS.

It was nice for me to go down to the south.

Hi Werner. Nice image. I observed Thor's Helmet for the first time at IISAC11. Haven't had the opportunity (weather, weather and weather ) since to really study it. Easy target from Australia. I think?
