Rosette Ha - TSA 120

Reading Peter's thread, it sounds like there were a few people imaging the sky from their backyards in Adelaide last night. Very gusty conditions here and I ended up with overly large stars I tried reducing in processing.

Takahashi TSA-120, FLI Microline 8300, Baader 7 nm Ha filter
11 x 15 mins

I used a Tak reducer to bring the scope down to f/5.6 but it's a bit of a tight fit in the frame. The reducer has an extension ring you can attach that's supposed to reduce the image scale a little further and still maintain a well-corrected 50mm field, so will have to try this next time.

Speaking of your Tunnel of Fire, I think there's a gorilla in there, Mike.

Great photo Graeme.

I really love the look of monochrome Ha shots.
