Hinge Tracker per AS&T

Managed to talk one of our members up here into making this for me, , but he's having trouble getting the correct hinge, as is ? from the US.

Anyone have another suggestion for a hinge thingy, or made one as good and ...easy as the article suggests.

Hi, Liz.

I know the tracker you're talking about, it's a long gate starp hinge. I'm a little surprised it's not available at the hardware stores. I can check it out tuesday, when the shops open and get back to you.

Just in case you can't get them, you could use a door butt hinge. Get the larger one, they are 50 to 70mm long and 25 to 40mm deep. Then you need to get two pieces of flat steel or aluminium 50mm wide by 3mm thick, minimum thickness. Just drill these to fit the hinge holes.

This should do the same job.
