[NOT REQUIRED] 10:1 Crayford Focuser for 12' GSO Dob

Hey all

I'm looking at upgrading my single speed focuser to one with a 10:1 fine tune...

Not particularly into AP so don't see the need to splash mega-bucks into a moonlite or simillar, just after a bare-basic GSO or equivalent that's a bit easier to fine tune than the single speed.

If anyone has one laying around, I'm willing to pay all costs. They're bout $120 new from Bintel but thought I'd try here first..

If you are just wanting to stick with GSO, you can ask Bintel whether they can order the 10:1 module in for you - you just get the extra knob, with a gearing and a shaft - very simple to fit. I think they are about $50

Ahh ok, didn't know they could be modded... Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a go..
