The courier company that my wifes business uses have told her never to put fragile stickers on anything fragile as it just encourages mishandling of the item.

Pretty sad that some losers get kicks out of destroying peoples property.

While no excuse, I've heard that Fedex drivers in the US are some of the lowest paid courier drivers in the business. Like the saying goes, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

This is not the worst that happens to a FEDEX parcel. You should see how they come in and out of the plane cargo
