Yeah you heard right. Yes the clouds parted precisely for the duration of the eclipse. Felt a little shy about this image but shows what a 4mp Kodak point and shoot can do. Especially against my ED90 camera mount. I know it's not at the level of the images here but dammit I haven't made a post here in forever and I'm still quite proud of my second astrophotography effort
Coming from you, that means one hell of a big compliment for little ol' me. New year's resolution is to buy a Canon DSLR and get stuck in as I really like this astrophotography thingy :-) Merry Christmas
