FOV calculations

Hi All.

Im looking for a pentax 67 6x7 lense. When i came to do the FOV calculations the equiv. 35 mm FL croped up. I will be using the lense on a 26 x 34 mm chip. Im aware there will be different crop factors for different sensor sizes, but can i just go here and input the lense FL and camera chip size and it will give me the approx FOV - no need for crop factor calcs - period?

thanks
Josh

As long as you enter the true focal length and correct chip size and pixel size, the field of view calculations should be correct.

Use CCD Calc from Ron Wodaski its free although no longer supported it still works very well change a few parameters and it will tell you what you need.
