Playing around with N70 again

Hi to all

I managed to get some SII and OIII data for N70, the faint nebula in the LMC and have produced a couple of NB versions. Hopefully RGB will follow in a few days if the weather clears. I must admit I still prefer the original Ha but you have to try these things.

Cheers

Steve

Very nice Steve. I like the red version the best. You captured a lot of detail there.

Greg.

I prefer the original Ha too. It shows the detail very well.

Cheers,
Rick.

Thanks Louie. That's not original of course - I just lifted it from somewhere on the web.

Yes I have to say I agree. I might try a reprocess on the colour versions.

Having just had a first try at this object, I do take my hat off to you. Your capture is over 12 hours or so and mine only 4 (so far) but the object in question is a hard one to get and you have done it well. Very dark skies and much patience required.
Well done.
Peter

Thanks Peter. It's certainly not an easy one.

Congratulations Steve, great work.
The near RGB color version is my favourite.

Ciao,
Leo

Thanks Mike. I still plan to finish it off with a LRGB but the weather for the next week looks awful.
