Final version Hydra Cluster.

"great image, btw what mag are the foreground stars just to get an appreciation of the depth of the field?"

Hi again hOughy,

The bright stars are SAO 179041 4.87 & SAO 179027 6.65

The galaxy cluster is 300 million light-years away and contains several hundred members.

Here is a final version of the image with IP help by B.M.

Holy schmoley!!!! That's great Pete.

Makes me feel very small and insignificant in a very cool and comforting sort of way

But very well done!

(that's not easy for a Geelong Cats lad like myself to admit to you, Bomber Boy)

I just noticed, the galaxy with the face on spiral superimposed on an edge on one is right up middle top of image
It was imaged by the HST.
