Carl - nice image except what looks whats like a strong processing artifact - a dark line parallel with the top limb of the planet and a bit in from the edge.

Thanks guys.I agree Mark there is an artifact.It appears as soon as you start applying any wavelets.I may try avistacker rather than reg6 to see if it goes away.I think I overexposed the capture too.It is really hard to know if you have the right exposure with Mars.

I could actually get a bit more detail, but the artifact became very prominent.
