Finder: Stellarvue F60M2

Brand new right angle finder purchased recently and not used, original packaging:

See link below for details:
http://www.optcorp.com/product.aspx?...5-166-168-9775

Also included is my second hand red only Rigel Pulse illuminator to fit the above.

To get this gear to Oz would cost U.S. $290+

Asking $250, including postage in OZ, $30 less if you dont want the pulse illuminator.

Does not include mounting bracket.

Reason for selling, getting the 80mm version.

Pm's please

Rom

Check out ' Astromart ' Rom and go to reviews , then Refractors , and on the 2nd page of reviews about 1/2 way down is a review of one of these , except its the 50mm version ,
These are that good , that people use them as stand alone telescopes ,
A ' Nano ' or ' Sparrow hawk ' scope , these are called in the States .
Cool little machines .
Good luck Rom .
and to the buyer , super collectable.
Brian.

Stellarvue finderscope

I was in two minds when I ordered this finder but was so impressed with the build that I have just ordered the 80mm version. I agree with your comments totally.

Now all I need is a couple of months of clear skies....

Congrats to the lucky buyer. I support Brain's comments, these are definitely 'keepers".

If you have a 19mm Panoptic, load that in your F60 be prepared to be for great contrast and bright views.

I have both the SV F50M2 and SV F60M with Rigel pulse illuminators.

Since owning these for a while, I have now upgraded the mounting rings to ADMs and ADM V adapters to get more precise alignment.

The person who originally offered to buy this finder appears to have changed their mind, so its back up for grabs... Nice present for the tree if you're quick.... and that way inclined

I figure it would make an excellent finder-guider too, I got a similar one from TS in Germany, works a treat.
