Attached is my first attempt at imaging the Andromeda galaxy (M31). I believe that the fuzzy patch in the top right is the companion galaxy M32.
Because of it's large size I only managed to capture part of the galaxy.
Overall I am pleased with the result. I had to plan the picture carefully because Andromeda is low on the horizon and only visible for about 1 hour in between the trees and house next door.
Any suggestions for improving the post processing would be appreciated.

Hi Mark. The beginnings of a very nice image. Very short total exposure time - a load more subs would build up a satisfying result given the quality of acquisition so far. You just need more data.
