Short Helix

Few 120sec frames of Helix Neb with 8" newt on EQ6PRO with Canon 600D before clouds rolled in and ruined the fun as usual .

Nice image. This was my last target too but I ram it at too high an ISO. Got pretty bad vignetting.
Gonna have another go after this weather packs it in !

Ta, been trying to get some shots of helix for a white, I got 5 frames and the weather gods didn't like that so they clouded me out. I too will be added much need data to it when the garbage weather packs it in as well...when ever that is, forecast for next week not good then moon is back :/

Nice detail Ken. The weather here has been unco-operative for many months also. It must improve soon. Surely.
