That's the first thing I thought of when I saw it. Too risky for me.

Forget the eyeball, there will be an exit hole at the back of his head.

Of course! Now I get it. It's a prop for a CSI Miami homicide. Just so obvious,
. Rich amateur astronomer with a resentful wife, has the mylar sheet "inexplicably" slashed to cash in on his life insurance. Gruesome, thrilling telly... Can you imagine the special effects of the exit wound?!

Gee whiz how dangerous is that?
All it would take is a strong wind gust or one of those birds who attack their reflections.

Seen this scope before. It's one of the largest dobs around, built by a German guy. Just can't remember his name, offhand. But he's built a couple like this. Apparently he's got a 41" or 51" on the cards soon. You should see how big it is when it's pointing straight up!!!!!.

Holly s**t!, Epic scope.
Certainly wouldn't catch me looking at the sun with that!! Forget the exit wound, that thing would vaporize your entire head!
