Its hard to say and depends what buyers are around.
If a buyer was going to buy that exact item new if your gear wasnt on the market you might get 75 to 80% of new price if in excellent cond.

Shame to hear it froggy!

I reckon you'd be looking at around $1k, maybe a little more with the EP's thrown in.

Rod just sold his 12" that he won, for $1k, without the mods and EP's that you have. They're about $1100 new I think?

a shame indeed.
like mike said about $1k. I'd say no more tho...

a buzz-click may rekindle your interests tho anthony. you might wish to consider it as it takes all the guess work out and star hopping, which if you arent into star hopping then it can be a pain in the butt.

Good point Ving, I owned my ETX goto first then bought the GSO rust'o'matic, I kept the ETX as a guider for the dob, I set them both up at the same time, I bought the same finder for the ETX as is on the dob (looks kinda funny) so I can compare sky views, works a treat, so dont sell it, buy a cheap secondhand ETX, even an ETX70 will work, you'll get so much more from your viewing.

Yes it is nice to seagull other scopes etc, but you will never be able to replace having your own, if you do sell it get an ED80, smaller more compact, easier to carry and set up with an alt az mount? If you leave your current employer what will the boys do? Where were you thinking of moving to?
