I have been working on this image for a month or so now. Collecting some data on each night when it is clear. I am reasonably happy with the image but there are some things that are bugging me. One of which is the stars in the corners. I have some rotation of stars in the corners. I have tried several times to restack all the data and because there is little if any movement between subs it will not rotate and scale properly. I will need to review the manual of CCDstack to find the answer.

This image I blended Ha in several times to get the results here. It is better than my previous version but I can see heaps of room for improvement. Feel free to comment on where you think the improvement should occur.

You have stretched the image to reveal the dim outer areas, which is great.
The alpha areas have also been stretched to show the dimmer areas... But the brighter areas are burnt out, the depth of tones has been lost. Some clever masking may help.
I'm somewhat reluctant to be critical, as every second post will no doubt say it's awesome..... But stuff them

Superb! Very rich colours. Thought you may have washed out the subtle reflection neb parts, but they're still present. Nice processing Paul. Well done.

Sorted that Fred. It was way over the top. Not much saturation applied initially but enough to over power the image.

Yep I think thats done the trick, there's more detail in the brighter areas.
