Last Melbourne commitment - Pink Floyd!!

Well, a cover band, anyway. "Beyond the Darkside" recreating the "Pulse" concert.

http://www.beyondthedarkside.com/

I really enjoyed it. They made a great effort to recreate the look and feel. Yes, there was a mirror ball and PIGS! And the music was just fine. Seemed to be mostly 50-60 year old guys there??

(I'll be in Sydney tomorrow - on the way now with five, count them, five telescopes in the car and trailer - where did they all come from in a couple of years!)

That concert looks awesome Eric, I wish I had of known earlier about the Sydney concerts.

Did the scopes behave themselves on the trip up to Sydney?

Are we there yet? Are we there yet?

SDM on the back seat seems fine - well wrapped. Rest in the trailer - ? - but they are well padded.

In NSW, at least - overnighting in Holbrook. Well, I couldn't get up that early this morning after a three hour concert last night!

Richard, it is a year-by-year position, but I suspect I won't be living in Victoria again - but who knows......

Hi Erick.
It's good to see you are organizing your commitments around your hobby and not the other way.

Cheers
Richard

ps
Erick, sorry for hijacking. not really

Hi Liz
Okay, I ended up buying 2 Platinum reserved tickets instead of silver reserved.
A little voice in my head made me do it, a once in a liftime show deserves good seats.
If it's half as good as "In the Flesh" I'll be more than satisfied.
Yes a Gilmour show will also be appreciated.
