NGC5746 reimaged and Sidonio'ed

Had another go at this galaxy pair at it intrigued me the last time that I was imaging. Stack of 22x10min with QHY10 camera on GSO 10"RC.
Stacked in DSS and processed in PS3.
Comments welcomed

Hi Alllan

Nice sharp image!well done. I don't know If It's just my eyes but I think I can see a ghost image of the edge on? I think I experienced this once with the SXV-H9c I use to own....only once that I can recall.

Nice image Allan. You've got quite a few subs there and some of the small background galaxies are starting to show.

Thanks Louie, I see in the image what you mean but in the reprocessing that I did there is no hint of it so it must have been an artifact.

Thanks Peter. I reprocessed to bring out more detail and the smaller galaxies are more prominent

My pleasure, Lester. Thanks for the comment.
The latest re-process is attached and it took a bit to get out the detail I could see but not make prominent.

That's a lovely little galaxy, Allan. Nice detail for such a small target.

Thanks for the comments, Ross and Rick. Hadn't seen it imaged previously here and am starting to do a small search for galaxies that don't get the usual exposure (pun intended) that their form deserves. The GSO RC is proving to be an excellent scope and is holding collimation well. Thanks for your efforts Rick in that regard - much appreciated.
