1/70 RMS certified 10" Primary

RE_LISTED -Bargain $950

10 Inch certified 0.992 Strehl primary unused

I bought this mirror about 18 months ago for a planned top rate photography scope. Since then it has been stored in a cool and dry environment in a cellar under the house, unused.

Obviously having a mirror that is certified your not getting a lemon and the few quality mirror manufacturers suggest their mirrors are around 0.95, without certification. This has a strehl ratio of 0.992 which is basically as smooth as it gets short of enlisting a team of scientists. 1/70 RMS vs the Chinese mirrors rating of 1/16 RMS. P-V of 1/14 not to be mistaken for RMS.

[there was a section on Optic Waves website to verify the report, otherwise email them]

Regretful forced sale.
$1500 ono {$950 quick sale}

Mirror is unused since reshape and coat at OWL

Brett, if you study the "Certificate of Quality" in the second image, the information you require is clearly shown.

It's 1.35m or a focal ratio of 5.38. This from the report from Optic Wave Labs in California, I haven't measured this myself.

I'm sorry, I should have been a little clearer. I was confused by your statement about a real estate agent, as I could find no reference to said agent in the original ad. In addition, your rather succinct statement regarding removing the sale item while stating a new price was counter-logical.

Thus, I thought the non-sequitur response would elicit some sort of clarification as to what your intentions were regarding the mirror, which I see that you now edited you original post.

Again, my apologies.
