A hard time

I am sad and feel so alone. Ella, My Poochie, My little companion and loyal friend for 11 wonderful years passed away on Wednesday from a heart defect. She went very suddenly and unexpectedly so it's been a sad shock. The winter nights will be colder without her by my side

I'm so sorry. I know the feelings you're going through. Dogs are part of the family and losing one is the same as losing a human family member. It will take time to grieve, but you will eventually get to the stage of wanting a new little friend. A new dog will never replace Ella, but the best way to remember her is to think of all the great times you've had together and to keep that little place for her in your heart and home.

Sorry to hear this Darrell. It is always a very sad time but life does go on. I have said several times when my best friend has died that never again but with time I have always done it again.
I can understand your devestation at the moment but assure you the good memories will carry you through.

Chin up.

I offer this Buddhist prayer

“Oh Buddhas & Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and the three times,
Please protect and guide Ella on her journey.
May she be free from fear and clinging to this life.
May she have a favourite rebirth.”

I'm very sorry to hear that Darrell.

I know how you must feel and it's never a good time.

Think of all the good times you had with Ella, it's still sad but it does ease the pain.

I'm so very sorry. I know exactly how you feel. We lost our Spaniel last year. Nothing seems as bad as loosing your fur-friend. Its terrible. I shall hold good thoughts for you.

Most of us can relate to loosing a pet. Best to get a new one straight away. Keeps your mind off things.

This is so sad.

I hope that you can find solace in the times that you spent together, just remember the happy times.

Cheers Petra d.

So sorry to hear this Darrell. I know what you are going through. I myself have lost 2 pets, a cat and a dog, both 15 years old, to disease during Easter this year
Goddamn illness.

My thoughts and sympathies to you.
