M83 in LRGB

M83 (cropped)from last weekend at 10Chain Hill

W.O FLT110 refactor at F7(with Flattener) 8 x 5 min each LRGB
all bin at 1 x 1

Captured with Nebulosity, Processed with Photoshop CS3

I think the colour is correct, comments and suggestions welcome

Nice fov Geoff. The arms look a bit magenta on my monitor. Good to see you are getting a lot of use out of that new camera.

The colour in yours looks better than mine, Geoff. I need to play with the processing some more

Geoff, the black end of the hystogram is clipped off in that jpg. I recon there's more in there if you fix the black point and stretch it out.

Nice one Geoff. Always hard with small galaxies and a f7 refractor but you have captured quite a lot of detail here. I would have a fiddle with the overall colour and maybe a selective saturation boost to the blue channel and maybe drop the red back a bit.
Good detail shows some good data to work with so a repro is expected.

Ross I would have liked it a touch sharper, the dew was quite heavy that night. Still happy with it though

Thanks for the suggestions. I've fiddled with the colour and bumped up the saturation. I think it's showing more detail now...maybe Still not sure if the colour is correct or not??
