Dagger

I have in my possession a brass dagger with a Dragon head on the end of the handle. The steel blade looks to be of good quality. The edge of the dagger has not been sharpened
As seen in image it meassures 580 mm in length.
No information at all anywhere on the item.
Unable to find a copy on the www.
Can anyone shed any information about the dagger?

Looks like a common ornamental wakizashi that is probably from a set. I have seen this design on many sets.

It is a Chinese fake Wakizashi, any real Japanese sword, tanto etc will be sharpened and i have never seen such a ugly thing (sorry).
