I've bought a high density machined dielrin one with an internal thread for a 1.25" filter for about $22 on eBay . Alternately you can buy a low profile one from the UK for about $32 posted.

I got mine from Peter Tan, non-anodised, it was my suggestion for him to make them, much like the MPCC to QHY8 fitting.
If he will talk to you (he won't answer me for some reason) then that is where I would suggest.
