Video too big

I have a HD video straight out of my 5D MK II that is 209Mb. It's too large to upload to UTube. How do I make it smaller in file size without losing too much quality?

Is there some freeware that can do a quick resize or conversion?

Baz.

209Mb should be ok for YouTube. I've certainly uploaded a 240Mb video.

Ive used Virtualdub (free)for time lapse videos, works a treat. Lots of features including resize (video/filters/add/resize). It has video import too with many formats. Its seems AVI is its prefered output format, so I use AVS4you (cheap) to convert to a wide range of formats incl utube. Conversion might not be required if utube takes avi.

It's all good thanks folks. I tried again and this time it uploaded fine. I tried to resize with windows movie maker but it would not accept the file. No matter. Trevor, I'm still using PC.
