Weather

Huh! Some of us just can't win. Today, Friday, WAS going to be my day off, but got called in for a night shift. Like the previous 4 nightshifts, it will be clear. Tomorrow and Sun I should be off but the forecast is rain. Might as well put my scope in mothballs for all the use I've recenlty got out of it. For the past 3 weeks or more it has been the same story.

Fed up

Eddie

I know how you feel. 99% of all clear nights this year have been on Sunday nights. What's more useless than a Sunday night? windscreen wipers on a submarine perhaps...

The first real clear night this year was on the Sunday before my first day back at uni after the Christmas break

Could be worse guys, over here in the Philippines I have had zero that's right zero clear nights in the last 5 months. I have however had @ 10 nights with an hour or two of reasonable viewing but nothing that would allow me to go dimmer than mag 11.
