The same Jaycar kit we have discussed previously Peter.
The hysteresis in the temp/feedback/brute strength peltier makes it
variable by at least 2 degrees but it seems to look ok and not leave
any noticeable artifacts in the calibration.
Having a bit of thermal mass in the cold finger minimised a lot of the
temp range. Finer control of the fan speed might make it better.
More experimenting is needed.
