M101 - Pinwheel Galaxy

Last work for this moon of April. This is M101 or the Pinwheel Galaxy. Although this galaxy is located in the constellation of Ursa Major. Truly impressive in size at this resolution, I could not put it all in my CCD. Greater integration with the colors would be needed, but if I complain too much risk of being uncomfortable seeing how good fortune has been benign recently. I do not want to risk retaliation :

Clear skies to all .. and thanks.

Leo,

Wow, AGAIN! That is stunning!

I love the blue planetary nebulae to the left, as well.

Excellent work.

Wonderful image! So much detail! Colours spot on! FOV perfect! I am about to order a Atik 4000 to go with an GSO RC 8 - so this is very encouraging to me!

Your images are of a very high standard

If you have time take a look to today's APOD of Robert Gendler... this galaxy are absolutely truly impressive and are one of my favourite:

I'm happy to match the color .

Thanks again for your kind comments.

Ciao,
Leo
