Using a Baader MPCC with a StarShoot Pro V2.0

Hi everyone!

You may or may not have seen a posting I made in the Astrophotgraphy and Imaging Equipment section (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/s...ad.php?t=73834) but I am condsidering buying A StarShoot Pro V2.0 camera later in the year.

To use my Baader MPCC with this camera which has a back focus of 20.10mm, I am assuming that I need to put extension tubes between the camera and the Baader MPCC for it all to work properly. Is this a correct assumption?

Cheers,
Mario

Hi Mario,

Yes, the correct spacing is 55mm from CCD to MPCC.

And remember +/- 1mm will make a difference.
