Greetings All,
Really struggling to get time to do any imaging and climb the learning ladder but I had some short time on Sat night so here it is.
My last post was around last full moon so I'm buggering up these relentless clear nights we're getting over here due to work.
My wife just came back from her family in SE QLD and the report was it rained just about everyday. Reading these forums I feel guilty not taking full advantage of our WA weather at the moment. Hopefully this will change after April.
Anyway, full moon with a Canon 40D prime focus into a Meade LXD55 8"SN. 19 shots stacked (out of 40) in Registax with 10 alignment points. 1/1000th at ISO 100. OTA is a F4 so difficult in focusing but Liveview - marvelous little feature to have.
Very quickly processed once Regi stacked them with some saturation adjustment and cropping. Being unseasoned in this, I am very cautious with any processing at the moment.
Thanks for looking
Darrin...
